Some Words from Tully about the writing of 'Take it Where it Goes':

"The lyrics started in the hills of a small village in Italy, just outside of Florence where we stayed a few years ago when Kyra and I were there with our friends Carlyn and Miguel. It wasn't until I finally sang it for the first time at Leopard Frog Studio (around May 2019) while recording this album, that it became a slow, grooving love song for Kyra, and a hats off to Gord Downie. I got to say to Gord, "you're looking good Gord" as he was walking through a fairly empty train station in Kingston. I really did think that there was a chance with all the good will and prayers that the cancer would disappear, c'est la vie."
